All dialups are 56K-capable.
New subscribers receive with their new account Crystal Wind's custom EZ Internet
    CD which makes connecting your computer to your new internet account a snap.
    Also included on the CD are Microsoft's and Netscape's browsers, FTP and telnet applications,
    and email programs.

Access to thousands of Newsgroups. (UseNet)
Subscriber mailing list to keep you informed of events at CWCi.

**Unlimited-Interactive: The customer may dial in to this account as often as desired. CWCi's unlimited-interactive dial-up connections are not intended to be full-time dedicated connections and will be disconnected after 30 minutes of inactivity or after 9 hours of continuous connection time. The customer agrees to not use any automatic method to avoid disconnection, and to keep the connection active only when the customer is actively using it. The customer further agrees to not provide public information services over the connection. Users who average more than 8 hours of use a day on a continuous basis may be asked to curb their usage or upgrade to a dedicated account. CWCi reserves the right to impose a restriction on accounts it deems to be in violation of these conditions.

* Dedicated Dial-up - $ 200.00 /mo (this includes one permanent IP address). This account has the same features as an unlimited-interactive account, but has no inactivity or continuous connection time limitations.

*NOTE: A dedicated dial-up account requires a $100.00 setup fee, a six month signed agreement and either a valid credit card or minimum 6 month payment at sign-up.

Refunds

Crystal Wind Communications, Inc. will refund all money paid for a new account for five days following the creation of the account, day of sign-up inclusive.
Any dial-up account requesting a discontinuation of service will be refunded only money prepaid for future months of service, not for any remainder of the current month. Refunds may be picked up at Crystal Wind Communications' office in Lecanto.

Annual accounts are non-refundable
Checks Returned for Insufficient Funds
If a check used to pay for services is returned for insufficient funds (bounces), the account will immediately be disabled. A $25.00 charge for the INF check , as well as the account charge must be paid by cashier's check or cash to re-enable the account.
Commercial Web Hosting
(*NOTE: A commercial account does not include a dialup account. If you want dialup access with your commercial account, this is an additional $15.00/mo. for unlimited-interactive dialup access)
Price: $30.00/mo.
(There is also a one-time $25.00 domain setup OR transfer fee.)
(NOTE: this does not include the cost incurred from Network Solutions for domain name registration)

Microsoft Frontpage extensions are no longer supported. However, accounts that had the extensions installed prior to 12/28/00 will be permitted to continue using the extensions.
